Default jdm engine qwerks

I been installing a b16 sir II into my 1994 civic ex but the axles I have that go with the transmission look different from the ones generally offered for this engine. Its got a delsol front left axle like this http://www.partsamerica.com/pr...1.jpg
the problem is they are a little too long for my curent control arm assembbly. Any recommendation on how to solve this?

I was also going to use the current wiring harness since it was already a vtec, instead of the jdm one will that work? (have a p30 ecu)
