1992 Integra GSR question
i got a 1992 gsr with a b17a init with full exhaust camgears headers and what not, basically the motor is stock except for camgears but i was wandering if i boosted it what is the reccomeded psi to run the willl be safe but nice and quick?
if you're wondering on a stock block, most everyone is gonna tell you 7-8 psi.
It'll depend on the condition of your block, mileage, beat? etc. Some dude, put on a nice homemade kit at 5psi *ls-t* he hit 193hp (that's what he posted on a forum)

good point.
ive also heard about them spinning bearings kinda frequently..
if you do turbo- go like 6-8 psi and tune the **** out of it. that should get you over the 200 whp mark and possible 13 second time slips. thats pretty solid imo

Yea, that is a really rare motor, I agree w/ staying the safe route. Then again, if you don't have a connection to the motor sell it and get ur LS counterpart (b18a or b) and turbo it w/ a bigger better kit. Just a thought...

i get about 300 miles per tank on all city driving. 134k.....i'm thinking about boosting it in the future but i may just do a LS/Vtec Boosted and save my B17 for a rainy day.
