I have mad faith in yall

you should ask somebody who chips ecu's, your problem is nothing itr related, the motor does have a rev limiter your d16z6 ecu has a rev limiter and something is wrong with the chip or the "chipper" must suck

Dont have an answer for you but do let me give you some advice....! Just b/c your ecu will allow you to rev to 9k doesn't mean that you should be reving to 9k

see thats what i thought too... I had the stock chip in and was reving to stock ITR specs 8500???? and it still shut me off at 7000 in third... But i do understand what yall are saying... Thanks alot for your quick reply if anyone else has stuff to add let me know please....
