I dont have an ITR but i do have a J spec ITR motor in my civic... Ive only had it for a couple of days but somthing really weird is happening.... I have a P28 (i think) ECU with a mugan chip.... I rev to 9000 easy in 1st and 2nd gear but in 3rd it hits rev limiter at 7000.... Now i now it not to good to go over 8500 on stock internals but its not even going to stock rev limiter in 3rd... If anyone knows anything please let me know.... thanks alot....

sounds like the flux capaciter is fugged up
