Ok so I started on the task of removing heater core. This is the small radiator looking thing in the way back behind the heater controls and ducts right up agaisnt the firewall correct? Because I saw behind the glove box there is a silver similar looking core in the duct next to the blower motor. Im guess maybe that is for air conditioning or maybe the one that I saw in the way back behind the center console is. So i gotta figure out which is which if anyone could tell me. Please let it be the one behind the glove box the other one will be quite a bitch .

 

i dont believe it is the one behind the glove box, right now im looking at a chiltons manual for a crx and it doesnt say anything about it being behind the glove box or removing it

 

ya to remove the heater core, you have to take out the center console and the radio and a bunch of other things so id say that it is definatly not the one behind the glove box

 

When I changed out my heater core i just took the whole darn dash out....Im sure there is another way but it didnt take that long and it wasnt that hard anyway....
