running lean on b20 vtec, yes or no?

running lean on b20 vtec, yes or no?
Hello there!
I got this b20z vtec, with Arias pistons 12:1 with GS-R 99 header, milled .025, ported head, ported intake, blah blah ........
only problem is my ECU, right now I'm running a p61 ECU (b17a1, gs-r 93)
I added a fuel pressuse regulator which is set to 55psi vacuum removed.
Is there any chance I am running lean, even if I added the FPR?
Last and most important, why is it bad to run lean? if it is...
