Default would it be alright to run this chip?

right now i have an ls/vtec setup that is uberdata tuned for skunk2 stage 2 cams.. RIght now it has b16 cams in it so the tune is a lilttle off, it bogs until vtec and its hard for smooth starts... Could i just use this chip to set my vtec down lower and would it help out??

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...33597

Or would it do more harm than good? Thanks guys
