Default Rev limiter

Hi guys...i'm a new one
i searched the entire forum but i didn't find anything about REV limiters...
So... yesterday i had some problems with valet parking
the guy just went away with my car for street racing....i'm realy pissed...
is there any plug and play rev limiter? for more then 3000rpm be a forbidden thing hehe
or if doesn't exists, the pinout of the ECU will fit hehe
my honda is a Hatch VTi 97 (in U.S. should be Si) 1.6 16V 160Hp (or 167?) B16?

thanks guys ! now let me take a ride at french foruns of citröens to ask the same thing

I don't know where you could get one, but I think some car rental places have them installed on their cars. I know this because I rented a tsx one time and decided to go for a little joy ride. Little did I know the bitch would only rev to 5 grand .

Drill and tap a shallow hole in the side of the TB and when you want the revs limited, thread a bolt into the hole and the head of the bolt catches the throttle......circle thingy that I dont know what its called.........and limits its movement? = Revs limited? :\

uhn... i want something that can be removed later... drill a hole isn't what i have in mind...
if someone had the ECU Diagrams...
i've found a eletronic device that intercepts the tachometer signal as reference for cuttin' the engine... when pre-defined rev is reached the device cut the power to the coils... but it's for the xsara....
i need the ECU diagrams to make a homemade rev limiter...like this...
