Default smoke problem

My Si has 92k on it and for the last couple thousand miles it has been smoking REALLY bad upon heavy acceleration. At idle it doesn't smoke(at least not noticably) and the same with regular driving but when I get into it all those behind me are left in a cloud of smoke.
I am pretty sure it has something to do with the rings being "sticky" and some of the oil is working its way into the combustion chamber.
Does anyone know of a good way to treat this aside from replacing the rings?

Could you hook me up with the part number if I wanted to go get some from GM and maybe a brief how-to on what to do with it when I get it?

Just stop by a Chevy dealer. Follow the directions on the can.

Motor get hot lately? Sounds like welded rings. No top end cleaner's going to fix that.
