Okay i was driving my car(95gs-r) and then my shifter kind of popped out of place and it wouldnt go in any gear. when i start the car and put the shifter in neutral and try to drive off it would just stall. i tried this at higher rpms and it felt like my transmission was locked or something like that. I had a mechanic look at it and i have no clue why hes even a mechanic cuz he didnt know anything. I tried telling his that it may be the shift linkage or the bushings but he said that it seems fine. I got it towed to acura and my friend took a look at the shift linkage and fixed it but it still stalls when i put it in neutral! Please help me with this could it be my clutch or transmisson?? Sorry about the long story i just wanted to let you guys know what i did.
