Without an explanation of the problem it's hard to give a helping hand, But if you think its your battery, just test the voltage with a digital multimeter when you start the vehicle. Dead cells become more frequent when the climate changes so it might just be dead. As far as you needing a bigger battery, I dont think this is the case at all; cranking amps shouldnt be an issue for a swap unless you move into an h22a or much larger motor. Also you may wish to check what gauge size battery wire you are using since you have relocated the battery. Too small may cause a problem. Check for proper grounding. Thats about all I can think of in the electric department unless its a bad starter. Fuel delivery (injectors, fuel pump and filter) could also be a cause but I'm afraid that a little beyond my area of expertise and you may wish to post a detailed explanation if its not the electrical system.

on a side note: Large stereo systems wreak havoc on Hondas.... If you have a fairly large system and lots of other glowing trinkets and gadgets in your car, you might want to think about upgrading the alternator before it dies. Telltale signs of a dying alternator are dimming lights when stereo is turned up and engine noise. Do the math...... if your amps are pulling more than the output of your alternator can handle you may be in for some trouble.

Thats all for now. Hope this helped.
