ACT 6puck clutch and 8pounds flywheel
field vtec afc
AEM CAI
walbro fuel pump 255
no ps, no ac.
dc header

what else should I get to make 200 whp? any suggestion?

 

You'll definately need a better header (SMSP, Prospeed, Hytech, etc.) and ideally a 2.5" catback exhaust with a straight through muffler along with a high-flow cat or testpipe. It'd be a lot more realistic to hit 200whp too if you had standalone engine management so you can play with the timing maps to gain more power. You should also get an adjustable FPR to help fine tune your fuel curve. Might want to remove the balance shafts to gain a few WHP too. Lots of dyno tuning also by a good tuner and it may be possible.

 

^^What he said plus I think that you might need higher compresison. Either a head mill or Type-S pistons. Cam gears might help you in the tuning department while searching for max power.

not a chance in hell with the DC header. Most likely 180s WHP (tuned of course) with what u have there. Should be there with a SMSP header and a good tune though.

 

deck the head a little, get the head port n polished, get some flat valves, and a race header and you should be up in the 200-210 area... hondata helps a lot too...

 

thanks for all the help guys, i probably go for prospeed or imagine engineering header, no money for smsp.
