Has anyone ever pre-tapped their oil pan for turbo?
What the topic says...
Im rebuilding the motor right now, then saving for the kit. I figured while i have the pan off, i could have the bung welded on the pan. This would be extra convenient for when i get the turbo ready.
Has anyone ever done this? What can i use to plug the hole shut untill the turbo goes on

i would buy another oil pan and have a bung welded in, then when you go turbo, switch to that oil pan and hang onto your old one (just cause you never know).
i don't really care for the way greddy uses the oil drain plug.

I mean, theres no bolt i can use to seal the bung untill the turbo is in?
I mean if theres no reason to have to pull the pan twice, then i want to do it

first you have to see what manifold you're gonna use because you have to see where the turbo is going to sit. Then you decide where to weld the bung.
