is it OEM. Like where are the bars inserted to? or is it all custom?

It's a c-pillar and an X-bar(brace) they are usually mounted to existing bolts in the cars chasis. In the picture they are mounted to the seat belt module and the rear upper mounts for the shocks. They are Aftermarket or (Custom) if you'd like to call it that.

I believe em racing makes one. They sell the strut bar and c-pillar bar(The top one) and then one that connects them both. I do not know what bar is in the picture.
