Default car will not rev to red line

I have a 92 si with 188k and it will only rev to 6000 rpm. It acts like it is hitting a rev limiter at that point.
What is the correct gap for the spark plugs on this car?
Any suggestions where I can find a user manual with the car (e bay purchase without documentation) or a good repair manual you can suggest?

Thanks

Also check grounds, especially chassis to engine grounds.

Had a buddy's Integra that would only rev to 5k, due to bad grounds...

It's a lot easier and cheaper to check out the ecu before you go trying to change out your tach...
