custom turbo
when i said custom i meant like ghetto rig home made **** like a turbo off a european car or another non-honda jap car, is there any way to fabricate a turbo onto a dseries?
Any turbo can go on any car. Just a matter of getting a manifold made. Check the classifieds on here. I found a great rebuilt T28 turbo and a custom made manifold for $300 shipped.

It's from a stock std civic hatch (4spd no right mirror cars)...
People use this manifold because its almost designed like a turbo manifold..
Just get the manifold then use an adapter plate that matches the turbo..
and the manifold bolts to any d-series motor and can be bought very cheap..under $15 at junkyards by me..and you can get the adapter plate off ebay for like 20-30
And lots of people have had success with this manifold..
Also I think you can use the 88-91 hf manifold..and 92-95 cx manifold..
