i have a 98 ls and im trying to do my best job do get the hp and the torque the best way i can do to my ls. my question is what is the best way that might help me build me ls?

 

Start out with simple bolt on's.

A nice, quality Intake, Header, Exhaust combo would help and would be a great starting place for you to start understanding your vehicle.

Its been said before, pick up a helms manual, jack and jack stands and install the parts yourself.

If you looking for big numbers then go turbo, but it probably wouldnt be the best idea if you new with modifications to your vehicle.
