good wheel offset for eg?

whats a good offset for a EG? 35, 42, 45? which is best! I want a good turning radias etc.

42-45 is my preference

42 offset on a 16x7 wheel
45 offset on a 15x6 wheel

well the rim is a 15x6.5 so 45 should be good? (its on an eg)

i have +44's 15x7 and they rub
