Default Very high idle. Need help!!

So I just installed my stock manifold back on replacing the Skunk 2. I fixed my previous bouncing idle problem by replacing the TB gasket, but I still have a high idle. Every time I touch the gas, the idle gets higher and stays there. It doesn't fluctuate, and keeps getting higher everytime I shift until it gets to about 3k, then it drops back to 1.5k and does the same thing over. WTF is going on?

i dont think its your manifold... That happened to me, i thought it was a vacuum leak, but it wasnt. It was my throttle body. check your throttle body, it might be fucked up.

I have a 2000 GSR. There is no FITV from what I understand.

check your throttle cable is not to tight, check for vacuum leaks, check to make sure the tps is the right voltage, check to see if you hooked everything up correctly.....

I would make a stab at throttle cable or maybe your throttle is sticking or the return spring is weak. Check that stuff first.

Cable isn't too tight, and it returns freely. This stuff was all working before, so I doubt that's the problem. Would it act like this if there was a leak at the IM flange?
