I just got my motor running with my new setup and new 2.5 header. Now i need to get a 2.5 exhaust flange to bolt up to my header. Can any muffler shop provide me one, or do i need tospecial order through dealers? Help me out guys, I want to start breaking in my motor in asap.

you can buy one for less than 5 bucks at any muffler shop

 

Actually, you will need a 4 3/4" bolt spacing flange if this is for a JDM collector, its basically a bolt spacing for a 3 inch flange, most exhaust shops dont have these, i ordered mine from kteller for like 28 bux shipped.

 

I had to get the one from jhpusa.com. It's a weld-on, polished stainless flange for use with any JDM 2.5" collector header.

If you're interested in a flange that can swivel, I know Dave of SMSP has really good ones that he uses on his exhaust systems and Carsound cats. It probably won't be cheap if you get it from him tho.
