runing rich after jdm 4-1 header install

i use to get 20+mpg before i changed to the jdm itr 4-1 header. not it run rich as hell. the car smells like massive gas and exhaust and i only get about 150 miles to a full tank.
has this happen to any else

That's pretty strange as it shouldn't really affect that.
Maybe your O2 sensor is damaged? Did you wrap your header? You said you are smelling gas. Could it be a leak? Did you check that all your bolts are tight on the head, and there are no cracks in the manifold/flange?

Try resetting your ECU.
1) Warm up the car to operating temp
2) turn off the car, remove the 15A fuse from the fusebox
3) Wait for about 10-15mins
4) Re-install fuse and let sit at idle for another 10-15 mins.

i tryed reseting the ecu and nothing is changed
and the itr header is wraped with some header wrap only cuz i bought it like that

I have heard (don't know it if has been confirmed) that wrapping a header on a street car is bad. The heat buildup is too great and then it damages the O2 sensor. That could be why. But then again, how long were you running like this? You just installed the header, right? It usually takes some time before O2 sensor damage occurs in this situation.

fault O2 sensor...it might somehow got damage when you installed and removed of the headers...
did you reuse header gasket?...it shouldn't be reused..
