I spent awhile searching around here and talking to several people the past few days and believe I have a parts list nailed down for a rear disc swap on my 98 EX sedan, was just gonna run it by all of your minds and see if everything looks kosher.

99-00 Civic SI:
-Brake booster
-ebrake cable

GSR:
-Rotor/hub/caliper assembly
-Soft line to caliper

Im sticking with my EX master cylinder as its 15/16 as opposed to the 7/8" MC on the SI, and I'm just DOUBLE/TRIPLE checking that I'll be ok to use my EX prop valve for the swap. I'm going to KEEP my abs, and have the wiring diagrams for ABS for all Civics and Tegs from 92 to 00.

So essentially I'll be bolting in the SI booster, ebrake cables, and bolting in the GSR brake assembly, and splicing in the ABS wires and I'm hoping thats going to be it. My EX prop valve is 4 hose, 1 in from MC, 1 out to ABS control module and 1 out to each of the rear wheels. I've been told both that I can use my EX PV and also that I need to use the SI PV, so thats the only point I really need to verify.

Also just verifying that ebrake cables for SI will be bolt in, I REALLY dont want to hack up my car at all as far as bring the cables into the center console, so seeing as coupe/sedan catbacks are the exact same, I'm assuming car lengths are the same and the ebrake cables will be direct bolt ons.

So in summary........will the si brake cable and EX prop valve be ok to use? And yes I searched, but theres no definitive post on this exact situation, and most people seem to do away with the ABS and I'm going to actually keep it functional. Thanks for any help.

Nope, the trailing arm/spindle apparently are identical for 92-00 civics and ?94-00? Non-type R tegs. So all you do is pull the stock drum and hub from the rear, and bolt the new hub on.
