Integra brakes search server down
not looking for anyone to elaborate on the topic, just like some one to post the link. i recall a lengthy FAQ topic being posted, but i no longer have it book marked. maybe someone lese does, and help a fat boy out. i think the topic said something like "FAQ brake swaps a wrong way and right way." i think.
thanks and may peace be up you.

my apologies, i didnt expect anyone to elaborate on this, just post the link up. but here it goes.
i have a 1989 CRX Dx, that i want to put the best oem brake system on the car
(i already know to use the Ex master cylinder). one where i dont have to machine anything, or worry about camber, or alignment issues. currently i am taking the car down to a true shell to put on a rotisserie to be media blasted. in the mean time i wish to read up on suspension, and brakes as this will be the 1st thing i put back on the car. peformance, and weight are the goal while maximizing my dollar, by providing cost effective vaule in the parts that i use. while i can afford a fastbrakes brake kit, id rather use oem to avoid attention from theft, and the bling effect this kind of stuff brings. do you see where i am comming from?
im a avid believer in the search use, but its not working.
thanks and may peace be with you

here dude the search is back up before anyone could reply. i found this link, these seem to be the most straight forward intructions available. that is if you already know how to do brakes. it seems the 88-91 EX civic knuckles are the best option. the 90-93 integra knuckle affects alignment geometry to much, and creates a headache.

i used 93 teg knuckles and had an alignment done. all that couldnt be corrected was the front caster but i knew i needed tha camber correction kit ahead of time since the car was lowered. im satisfied with the teg knuckles. i just suggest replacin ball joints tie rods ect when u do swap in the new knuckles.
