oil leak!!!

Default oil leak!!!

damn it...i was at school. i look under my car..i see a puddle of oil. hmm..was it from my car? so i ignore it. i drive around, and im at my girls house. i look. another puddle of oil...umm..wtf. ****..i got another oil leak. i dont know where its coming from. it looks like from the head. maybe my head gaskets fuked or something. damn it...i hate problems...

well..beacuse i didnt know it was from my car. i wouldnt of thought oil would be leaking from my car....until i saw the second puddle..

same here my lude leaks out but jsut a little...not a puddle...i was thiking head gasket for my problem....
but you for sure i doubt its the head gasket...it would make a puddle

Probably not the head gasket...

You should get under your car and have a looksy around with a flashlight. try to determine where it is coming from

Is the leak from the distributor side or the timing belt side? Check the cam seal if is oil on the tranny, and if its a pouring out of your timing belt cover, you might be looking at the balance seal which Honda had a recall on.

my oil leak is comming from the distributor side...you think it might be a cam seal...that could so be it..
we are talking about h22a here?

its an h23 and yea..its on the distributor side. but i took it to my friends shop right now and im getting a diagnose for everything. then it will be fixed. i will tell you what everything was. thanks tho guys..

no its the dist seal....remove the dist, and replace the o-ring...very commin to go bad...i gotta replace mine myself...

well if its coming from the dist side, i should be the dist seal...i would replace both...not that expensive at all...

I was trying to check my leak out today also. It seems to be my cam seal/valve cover seal. I already replaced the dist. o-ring.

To the topic on hand. Get some jack stands and clean off the oil. then have someone crank the car and sit there till you discover where the oil is coming from.

i found out the problem. it was the distributor housing. im gettin it fixed tomarrow. but theres other stuff wrong that i found out thats gonna be hella expensive but its all good. my ludes gonna be back.
