Default Oversized vavles

Would runing flat oversized ferra vavles be worth putting on my b16 build and if so with they work good with ctr pistons or would i be better off getting some type r ones

Stick with stock type r valves. They will flow more than enough for an N/A B16.

Yes, stock size valves will work perfect with CTR pistons. CTR pistons are often used with the larger 87.2mm stroke of a B18c and have clearence with high lift cams like a Toda spec C's 12.5mm of lift. You will be just fine.
