Well it started last time I was home on break. My stereo wont work and my 12 Volt power source underneath the stereo wont work. I checked all of the fuses and not one is blown. I just installed a new stereo so thats not the problem. Any ideas? Oh yeah and my clock works fine.

 

there should be a fuse right on the radio...check that even tho its new, you never know.

 

yeah i checked that, on my old radio it would blow everytime i connected the power to it. This one dosnt blow.

 

all the plugs are connected well? check for loos wires/grounds...thats all i can think of.

 

Because the problem occured while i had my old stereo in there, i thought the stereo was the problem, but it wasnt apparently as I just spent $300 on a new one.

 

You are going to need a multimeter and go picking inside there. Maybe an open wire or something.

DO you have power going to the fuse?
