Default Suspension for Rallying

So I rallye my 2000 accord sedan once a month. Its an LX 4 cyl. Ive got great tires on there which help take tight turns with more precision and speed. Ive got H&R sport springs that I'm selling because dropping the car wont help any, as the wheel actually loses contact with the road due to the lack the range of motion. I'm used to rallying my '95 accord which handled a lot better, but now Im selling that sucker. The 2000 just has so much more body roll. The suspension feels softer too. What's your opinion on what I can do to increase the handling of my car? I know of changing the struts. But what else besides that?? What kind of torsion bar for example?? what are the best brands? What other mods to the suspension? Thanks in advance guys!!

Rallying your accord =

BUT since you asked and it's your car I will offer some suggestions.

Biggest thing that will help a stock suspension is thicker sway bars front and rear; front and rear strut tower braces and a roll cage NTM struts/shock replacement. Also some weight reduction will help out as well. If you think the cost of auto-x is expensive I could only imagine rallying .

to clarify, its not WRC style rallying. In an accord?? HELL NO!!! It TSD rallye's, time, speed, distance. It's about precision driving in canyon roads, never above the speed limit (unless you miss a turn or make a wrong one, SHHHHHHH dont tell anyone!!)

You might want to look into getting springs with a custom, stiffer spring rate. I think Eibach does that.

Limited Slip Differential. basically, in your accord, only one wheel is applying the power to the ground. with an LSD transmission, you both front wheels will be applying power to the ground

dunno if its available, but Quiafe makes perhaps the best LSD. think it runs around $900, but has a lifetime warrenty.
