Default Yellow/Green wire to ICM (ignitor control module) does pulse. Why?

Correction: The title should read Yellow/Green wire to ICM (ignitor control module) does not* pulse. Why?

Car: 1993 honda civic hatchback, OBD1, d16z6

I still don't have a spark.
Ecu is fine.
Distributor/ ICM/ Coil is fine.
Im getting 12v through the black/yellow wire, which means Im getting power.

But I get the same voltage from the Yellow/Green wire, isnt that the trigger wire? Its suppose to pulse as you crank it? Why "m i getting a constant 12volts from it instead of it pulsing??!

It was half the AEM cam gear's fault too.

I'll definately remember that. And good luck selling your sexy car!

Does anyone know how the Crower Warranty works? (If they have one?)
I heard from some people they give youe a new cam and pay you for whatver damage the cam cause if you have the receipt for the parts.
And i also heard theres nothing I can do.
Let me know if you have heard or experience anything. Thanks.
