Would you repair this bumper, or just buy a new one?
Some words of advice: "don't store your stuff in other people's garages"
I had this bumper sitting in my uncles garage for a while now, waiting for the time, money, and other parts, to finally get started on my 99-00 front end conversion for my 98 Civic coupe.
So now I have some time, some money, and all of the parts, so I go to get the bumper, and this is what I see:

Look how warped it looks. I suppose it might go back to normal once installed on the car, and the screws are in holding it in place, but it just isn't straight anymore. It might be hard to tell in the pic, but it's like the whole thing is titled to the left now when it sits flat.
Then there's this:

The cuts in the black vents don't bother me since I have a set of oem foglights that will go there, but here is the real downside: a crack in the plastic as seen below.

So what do you guys think, is it worth repairing, or should I just get a replacement bumper? I know the crack can be bondoed up, but has anyone had any experience with a warped bumper, and how it would fit?
TIA

That's just it though, is fixing it going to be cheaper than just buying a new bumper cover?
And I'm not sure how the thing will fit now that it's warped the way it is as far as gaps and what not. It may sit perfect though, so we'll see.

Plastic repair kit + sand paper = maybe 40 bucks. A lil time from you is free. Then you have a repaired bumper compared to what ever sorta fit has or a junk yard.
to fix and respray the bumper your prob lookin at 100-150 bucks....at least up here by me. and i highly doubt that will affect fitment

I know SEM sells a bumper repair epoxy, but you should be able to go to orchard and pick up a plastic epoxy thats pretty much the same for a fraction of the price. It's not to bad if your handy fix it and save the cost of a new OEM bumper or a shitty fitting aftermarket one.
Paintscratch.com sells the SEM bumper repair stuff:

Yep, just superglue it and then find some nail polish that matches it

You can find any color nail polish. That what I use for touch up paint now.
