Default testing duty cycle for stock injectors

is there a way for me to test my injectors to find out if they are working properly, if so how?Im rebuiling a motor and want to make sure that my old injectors are still ok ,ive heard some bad things about just dumping in feul injector cleaner. Is there a way for me to up the duty cycle of an injector if i find one is squirting incorrectly? Any help on this topic will be appreciated...

The easiest thing to do is send them off to RC or Cruizin' Performance for a thorough flow test and cleaning.

Nope.

And if it was squirting incorrectly, fixing the problem correctly should be your primary concern - not finding a band-aid to cover it up.

Do a search on the G2IC.com site. There was a guy on there that built a little jig for soaking the injectors in solvent without ruining them. Don't screw around with trying to make them pulse. The injector pulse is very short and can't be done quickly enough by hand. The same guy built a switching mechanisme to test the funtion of the injector. As for duty cycle, if they work, they work. The duty cycle is a function of their flow capability usually measured at 80% capacity. There are formulas for determining that if you need it. I think I have one in a Summit Racing catalogue. You don't say why you are worried about duty cycle. Its only a problem if your fuel flow requirements are going to increase significantly.
