put new motor in 1990 accord f22a4, when i tryed to start the car i had no spark no fuel pressure,no power to ecu, honda dealer told me that it sounded like a main relay, bought new relay and that did nothing then was told that it was a fuse all the fuses are good, then was told that it was a short, as to were the short is, is unknown even if there one as for a bad ground they are all tight
