I don't have a dash here in front of me and was trying to get an idea of the thickness of the guage cluster cowl (the cap piece that sits atop the guage cluster and screws into the dash). If someone can give me a guestimate of the height (thickness) of it, it would be much appreciated.

fwiw, am looking to add a series of guages along the top but due to seating position, I have to keep it as low as possible - seeing as I don't care about the bottom 1/2" to 1" or so of the guages (egt, oil temp, oil psi, water temp, trans temp). Looks like I need about 13 linear inches across (can curve it) and if I can knock off anything off the 2 5/16" height of the center three, I need to.
