Default what year?

I cant decide on what year of accord to get. I only have 8-10 grand to spend. I want a coupe 4cly 5spd. Is the only difference the body style and interior? If you had the choice what would you get?

93 accord EX w/ the f22a6 + 5-speed. then you have another $5-$7k for performance upgrades

Ok, well for the ease of performance/swapability I would go with a 94-95 accord ex. It will have all the options you may want (power locks, windows, sunroof etc) and is also OBD1 versus an older err newer car 96+ are obd2; it tends to make swaps and add-ons more of a challenge.

NTM there is typically an abundance of 94-95 accords with decent miles; going for approx 4-6K leaving you with some money to play with (suspension, swap if wanted, wheels etc) .
