Default bogging down below 3k rpm's

i just installed a lightweight flywheel and act clutch in my car and now it seem to not have any power below 3000 rpm. its like its missing or somethin. it kinda jerks but when i get the rpm's up to about 3000 or so it's like i got vtec kickin in haha. it pulls really hard from 3k to redline just like it should. i'm not throwin any codes or anythin either. its it b/c of the flywheel or somethin else?
