You want to run a d15b head on an a6 block.
That is the exact same thing as running a z6 head on an a6 block. D15b is obd1, the a6 is obd0. So in order to stay obd0 you need an rpm activated switch to activate vtec, and you need to dremel out the top mounting hole on the a6 dizzy to bolt on the d15b head. If you want to use the d15b ecu(not a ******* clue what that is) or a p28. Your going to use your d15b or z6 dizzy. After you have that whole ecu and dizzy thing figured out, you can jump into the fun that is converting to obd1.
