anybody have obd1 block with obd0 head?

anybody have obd1 block with obd0 head?
i bent my valves on 94 b18b head so i bought a 92 LS head and i have problem with my car not starting. yes i have spark and fuel and compression. also i may have used 94 cam shafts instead of the 92 cam shafts that came with them....are they any different?
