I bought some Brembo rotors for my CRX.
They came in two plain brown cardboard boxes.
The rotors have no markings or numbers on them that would indicate that they were made by Brembo.


Is there anyone here that has bought Brembos that knows if they have Brembo cast into them or anything?

Real Brembo brakes say brembo on them....

i got mine from nopi.com and it was the same thing. i called them to bitch and they said they are made by brembo but by a company that is owned by brembo. they were the worst rotors ever.

i think they had a stamping on them that said 'braco'. after 1 hard stop my front end felt like it was gona jump into my lap.

 

When my brembo blanks came in, it was in a red brembo packaged box.

I didnt check for stamps / markings though. Hey they seem good to me

 

real brembos have a sweet machine finish unlike cheap rotors and i think are zinc coated (my real ones were a goldish color). they have a brembo logo and say brembo very visible.

 

are you sure you didnt buy the brembo oe replacements..they do have them..

 

thats what i was talking about. the replacement ones are the same as the drilled / slotted ones just blank.
