Default 85mm x 86mm b16a; powerful and reliable?

i am currently having an engine built for my 93 si hatchback. b16 block bored 40 over and stroked 5mm via machining a ls crank, je sleeves, je pistons 9.0:1, crower rods, clevite bearings, arp block guard, head studs, cometic head gasket. it will be tuned usuing hondata with 600cc injectors, hopefully up to 18psi. i was always under the impression that boring and stroking was not as reliable as just building for turbo. basically what i am asking is will this set up make me 380whp with a big t3/t4 and will it last a good while if treated right?

you can do that easily on stock bore. Dont waste the time of overboring, esp that much and for that power goal.
