Default GSR TB & Type R throttle cable

Before you all flame yes I have searched. Will the Type R throttle Cable fit on the Gsr TB? I haven't found a thred yet that said it would. IF you haven't figured it out I've got a Skunk2 mani!

It fits but its weird. It wraps around/routed around instead of direct as with the ITR. The cable is just too long. Looks ghetto as f@k.

I think I just used a B16 del sol Throttle cable.
Any one confirm?

As long as you use a B16 or ITR throttle pulley and ITR throttle cable bracket, it'll work out fine with the ITR throttle cable.

I set up a customer's skunk2 manifold equipped GSR with an LS pulley to make it work

I used a pully from a 00 D16y8 (ex). My stock d16y7 (dx) pully wouldn't work.

thanks for all of the input, I'm just going to run all ITR parts from the pulley to the bracket. that way I know it will all work together

question, do you also need the ITR TB spring? the spring i am referring to is the one that goes around the pulley...
