Default resonator restriction?

This past weekend i decided to add a 2.5"/3' long resonator to my 2.5" piping to tone down the noise. My question is:
how much has this restricted the motors air flow?
approximatly how much hp was sacrificed?
i understand theres no definate answer without before/after tuning but im looking for some feedback from people who have added this to there piping
this is my current setup:
-98 usdm itr motor (stock)
-jdm 4-1 header
-2.5 crush bent piping, 2.5"/3' long resonator, apexi n1 street muffler

just added a resonator and a catalytic converter to my 2.5 madrel bent exhaust witha magnaflow wide open oval muffler. It was loud and beastly and now quite and tame. OR ONE THINKS!
As far as power lost, im not sure until i get to a dyno, doesnt seem too bad though. BUMP for hating fix it tickets
