Default radiator help

a feww weeks ago i noticed mt temp. on my car would just rise out of no where and the one night it just flew up to H so the next day i put in a new thermostat and did a coolant flush the car ran good for a few weeks but last night it started up again and now it heats up fast like in 20 min and smoke comes out of my resivor so i dumped it tried again same thing my radiator, which is also smoking, isnt cracked i checked because my thought was i cracked because my car is so low and everything seems fine but i dont know what the problem could be my friend said just swap in a fluidyne since i wanna go B16 turbo but im not rush to replace it right now so what should i do?also if anyone is selling a b16 preferably a complete change over for a civic like motor, tranny, axles, harness,ECU etc. email me joel6486 @aol.com or bgails@aol.com thanks.

check your head gasket. If it wasn't blown before you may have ruptured it since by overheating it.

Did you check to see if the fan works?
Also what are the conditions when it overheated?

unless you have oil in your radiator fluid, i doubt you have a blown head gasket. id lean more twords a bad water pump.

are you loosing radiator fluid? if so, where?
is there oil in your coolant resivore?
are you burning blue smoke that smells like candy?
did you bleed the system throughly when doing the flush?

please give more info.

ya i drained the enitre system when i did the filush in the resivor there is like black dust stuff like almost just pretty much like build up.its not burning smoke that smells like candy however it just white smoke and it leaks coolant yes but its hard to tell from where it seems like it coming out the top of the resivor cap.but im think about just saying forget it and parking it and waiting till i get my B16 cause it a 1.5 cx motor i dont treally care for it enough to put mor emoney in it i really just want it gone.

did u flush it with a hot garden hose to clean that **** out? i still think its a bad radiator flush. because air can get hot, and fool your thermostat

when you flushed it did you let the air out of the system?

a bad headgasket would almost immediatly make your car overheat producing ALOT of white smoke out the exhaust along with oil in the coolant and coolant in the oil.

a bad waterpump would shoot water out of the waterpump drain hole, completely draining your coolant and shooting it out onto the ground.

are you positive where its leaking from? i just looked at a car that was apparently leaking coolant and it was simply because the radiator cap was not holding proper pressure.

Sounds like the head lifted a tad. Either that or a cracked head gasket. Pull the head and look at the head gasket. Unfortunately a common problem on d-series
