Whats the most reliable hp i can expect from 1.8 liter

Sorry is 1.8liter not 18 and anyone heard about nippon racing t sleeves that are seeling on e-bay http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISA...WA:IT

That's a big LOADED question, friend... I'd go for the quality companies. GE, AEBS, BENSON, ERL etc. and have THEM do it
