That must me a tiny amp, I would say measure and find out. I have GSR seats in mine, but I don't have any amp underneath. Hit me up if you get your measurements, and I'll measure mine to see what clearance is like.

you don;t need to swap the entire bottom of the seat. all that is needed is one rail swap.

Don't list them, there is no need to go through the work of posting more on it when you're just going to get a similar answer as those already posted.
The seats will bolt up completely in the civic, you will just need to swap the rails over. It will probably take about 15 minutes if you haven't done it before. All you will need is a phillips head screw driver and a 10 or 12 mm socket or wrench.
Take off the plastic handle and screws on both sides that have plastic on them to expose the bolts. There are two bolts on the bottom of each rail, you will just need to slide the railing around to get to them at times. Don't forget the ones on the sides of the top of the rails. Once you look at it, you will understand which need to be removed.

You do know I was speaking about the measurements for height so your amp would fit under the seat right?

From the floor to the bottom on my civic seat there is excatly 6 inches. What is the distance from the floor to the integra GSR seats?
TIA
