cooling fan help

Default cooling fan help

ok i'm getting ready to do an obd0-1 conversion put i want to make sure everything in my car is working perfect before i do it. my fan wasn't working because my old temp switch had gone bad since the i had it hard wired to a switch now that i got a new motor i wired up an obd1 temp switch from the three wires on the back of the motor i belive is 1. yel/red 2. yel/grn 3.blk assuming blk is a ground and the yel/red wire is for oil press i wired it up all the wires match and my fan still wont go on. i even tried 2 other temp switchs does anyone know what else could be wrong

I'm having the same exact problem in my MK2 Jetta (I know not a Honda.. but still a problem)... Lemme know what you find.

I was running a switch for the fan then I put a 16v motor in and wanted to rewire a new temp switch but the fan wouldn't come back on.

the yellow/red wire is oil pressure - connect the yellow/green and black wires together, turn ignition on - fan should come on - if it doesn't, check the fan relay on the passenger side right behind the headlight
