B20 85mm... 14:1 comp need some help on new pistons...
okay well it is decided that 14:1 is too high for this daily driven car... although nice, 110 octane is quite expensive... so now I'm looking for some 85mm pistons the will yield a lower cmpression... what can you guys suggest for me??
hi, sorry if i sound dumb, but is it possible to put pistons of a 14.1 compression into a stock b20 block of any generation without a spacer or plate of any kind and not slap the piston on the head? ive only worked on my b18c1 head and block combination so im not familiar with the b20/vtec combos, sorry!! and can u tell me what head is better for an N/A setup? gsr or b16? sorry if im offsubject.... and actually i dont know if ur interested, but, ive got a pair of b20 85mm Je pistons but theyre 10.1 comp. i think thats too low 4 u huh?
