We have finished installing coilover set up on a 1990 hatch with B16.
spring rates are around 700 up front and 600 in the back, the ride is actually SMOOTHER than H&R sport with stock dampers.
the lesson? spring rate is not as essential in comfort of the ride as the damping control of those rates.
match your suspension wisely kids.
