Default S-1 Tranny JDM or USDM

hi everyone first off i would like to thank everyone for all their help.
ok i have this S-1 cable tranny i need to find out if it is a ls or not?
so if its jdm its a b16 tranny right?
if its usdm its a b18a tranny right?
it has a gold tag that says S-1 on it, no rivited plate. does that mean jdm?
the gears feel a little high compared to my J-1 i have. not sure, help...........

You are correct on your answered q's... Are you at like 4,500 rpm at 70?? Then its a jdm b16a tranny.

The J1 and S1(jdm) are the same ratio.
