Default hondata or vtec controller

wassup family. I am looking for someone to give me some advice on what i should tune my car off of. Hondata or a Vtec controller. Let me know what yall think about dat. Alot of people say vtec controller but then there is alot of people who say hondata so i am dont kno which way to go.

id go for the hondata. setup a poll for vtec controller or hondata and see what people think

depnds on your setup and how much money you have to spend. Hondata units might not cost that much but look into what it costs to tune one.

Make sure you take it to a tuner who has tuned with hondata before

What modifications do you have? How much are you willing to spend? Have you looked into other forms of tuning such as the Greddy E-manage?

the tuning capabilities of a hondata far exceed the vafc. Get the vafc for monitoring purposes.

i got a skunk2 ecu w/ VAFC and it seemed to work out great after a session of dyno tuning i am hoping to fine tune it a littl better...

if i had the money i would probaly go w/ hondata....

yea, i have both and i just use the VAFC for monitoring, all the "controlling" wires aren't connected to the hondata.

Yeah thats why I see vafcs as more of a bling item
