Default cel code 45

On my way to work this morning my car through a cel code 45 rich/lean code wtf is going on. I replaced the fuel filter not that long ago. Saturday I had my valves adjusted a Acura it was fine Sunday then this morning bam cel 45 help me dudes can it be somthing Acura did? What should I do?

i got my o2 from this one shop. they charged me dealer price.. plus 25 install.

pep boys have a good deal; 85 i think. but u gotta terminate the wiring. if u got time... id do that. the senor is OEM too.

Well a local mechanic told me try reseting the ecu. Ok it was fine for like 2 weeks than today it popped back on. Idle is jumping and it it running a little funny

I would take it back to Acura and see if they will do something about it. I've had code 45 before and it was my primary o2 sensor. The OEM o2 sensor is expensive.
