you could probably roughly get all the parts from $100 - $200. Labor is another issue, depends on you go to really.

I had a place tell me my water pump was bad, changed it out to find that it wasn't even bad. With some tools and a friend you could probably change it all out on a Saturday.

 

labor will be expensive most likely, because it takes a lot to get to the water pump.

Honda, about a year ago, quoted me around $400 for labor and parts.

 

Parts - $110 Max (I think I missed the Water Pump and gaskets though)
Labor - Depends on the shop
